- All cancellations must be received in writing via email to: valleyfitnesschelan@gmail.com at least 5 business days prior to your renewal date to stop automatic charges to your account. 

- In your email, include the name on the membership account and Member ID #. Confirmation of your cancellation will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
